At Robinsun we want to give you the peace of mind that you’ll get the best price available for your plugin solar product. That’s why we match a lower price from another vendor for a product that we also sell. This promise comes with a few conditions:

• The products we’re comparing must be identical and sold in one piece by the same vendor. For plugin solar kits this means the other vendor’s kit must include the exact same solar panels, micro inverter, mounts, cables etc as ours, to compare apples with apples.

• Prices compared must include VAT and shipping applicable to the country the product is shipped to.

These offers are excluded from our price match promise:

• Kits with special promotion prices (like Black Friday, Prime day or the like)

• Flash sale prices that are only available for a very limited amount of time

• Special prices for group purchases

• Additional promotional discounts other vendors might apply. We sometimes use those as well for specific customer groups, so ask us if there is any promotion live at the moment that might apply to your purchase.

• Discount sales of overstock, non-returnable items or limited quantities

• Second hand sales

• Out of stock items

• Items with delivery times of more than a week

• Cross-subsidized products that you have to buy together with other items or services

• Specific promotions limited to specific customer groups or club subscribers

• B2B and volume purchase prices

To activate a price match claim, contact us, specifying the offer you found on another website. We need a publicly accessible link where the promotion is visible to verify all aspects of the offer. We must be able to contact the vendor to verify the correctness and availability of said offer.
